Overview
I arrived at the field about 8:00am to find the wind about 12 mph gusting even higher with light drizzle in the air. By ten we havd five T-28 pilots all who voted that is was too windy to race today. I think maybe the first August races ever cancelled on my watch.
Weather
Mostly cloudly with about a 8 to 12 mph wind blowing the wrong way
and gusting at times.
